衣類を「脱ぐ」は take off。反対は put on(着る)で、この動画では両方出てきます。
空港のアナウンスや家に入るときも Please take off your shoes. のように使います。put on とペアで覚えましょう。
take out は「持ち出す・取り出す」(take out the garbage)。take away は「持ち去る」。take down は「下ろす・書き留める」で、いずれも服を脱ぐ意味にはなりません。
